Air Conditioning Ducting
We use a hydraulic rotary brush system to achieve outstanding results every time. We are able to offer a video service to show before and after video of your ducting. Readings are taken prior to the clean commencing giving the thickness of the dirt layer inside the duct, we can then assess if the system should be cleaned more or less regularly than is currently scheduled.
We offer bespoke testing and management packages for facilities that require routine sampling.
Kitchen Extractor Duct Cleaning
Kitchen extractor hoods and canopies are subject to TR19 regulations in order to keep them clean and safe. Extraction systems that are not kept in a clean and grease free condition are a fire hazard that can put both the business and its customers in danger. Insurance companies now require a cleaning log to be kept for extraction system and ducting to comply with TR19 B&ES Health and safety standards. We will provide before and after photos or video of your ducting and a written report and certificate will be issued after completion.
We use the latest equipment to ensure your canopies and ducting are left totally clean and sanitised. Canopies are cleaned with high pressure steam cleaners and the ducting with steam and rotary brush systems.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panels don’t require too much in the way of upkeep, manufacturers generally recommend cleaning them every six months to ensure optimal efficiency – although this will vary based on your location, the type of site you’re based on and scale of the building.
We use our Hot water Karcher Reach and Wash system using Pure Water to clean the Solar Panels, the hot water cuts through the dirt and grime much more efficiently than cold water and leaves your Solar Panels clean and working much more productively. The Karcher iSolar is the first DLG-tested cleaning system for photovoltaic systems. The Karcher iSolar uses unique cleaning solutions to ensure rigorously clean solar panels that in effect can produce up to 20% higher yields than heavily soiled modules.
The contra rotating disc brushes provide outstandingly high performance cleaning and area coverage with its wide cleaning width, either 400mm or 800mm. Due to the directional spin of the brushes the adjacent modules get pre-rinsed before cleaning, this makes it easier to remove the grime and dirt build up thus improving productivity.
When in use, a limit stop ensures protection of the modules and prevents any damage. This stops too much direct pressure being applied to the modules that could cause devastating and irreparable damage. The iSolar has excellent manoeuvrability thanks to its flexible articulated joint.
Chewing Gum Removal
Chewing Gum is a major problem in society and needs to be cleaned up on a regular basis to prevent it taking over many public areas. We use either a superheated steam removal system or a Dry ice system to remove the gum with ease, leaving the area clean and gum free. Graffiti is a problem for many cities and councils. This calls for a cleaning method that cleans walls and surfaces thoroughly, yet gently – like ice blasters.
